To support the management and the wider UAE team in the day-to-day operations of Onaha Group's UAE client portfolio, ensuring clients receive a consistently high standard of service across administrative, compliance and banking matters.
Main duties & responsibilities
Client portfolio ownership
- Take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of clients and UAE free zone companies, acting as the day-to-day point of contact, under the guidance of the management team.
- Respond to client queries and provide proactive assistance promptly and efficiently — client service excellence should always be a top priority of the Client Operations Associate.
- Carry out secretarial and administrative tasks within the client portfolio.
- Collaborate with accountants for all client accounting tasks.
- Assist in employment visa applications.
- Review client files regularly, as per fiduciary and regulatory requirements, and make sure client data and records are accurate and complete, both in physical files and in digital files, and in the Company's technology platforms as required.
Banking & transactions
- Support clients through the bank account opening process.
- Coordinate with banks on account opening, processing of clients' payments and transaction monitoring.
Compliance & regulatory filings
- Ensure compliance obligations are met consistently across the client base.
- Submit and track statutory filings through the relevant free zone and government portals.
- Keep up to date with evolving UAE free zone rules and regulatory requirements relevant to the portfolio.
Administration & reporting
- Log timesheets accurately and timely.
- Report any client issues promptly and propose practical solutions to improve client service and the overall value proposition.
- Follow Onaha Group's internal policies and procedures at all times.
Who we're looking for
- Established in Dubai, with strong personal familiarity with the local business ecosystem.
- Solid working knowledge of UAE free zones and the relevant regulatory bodies.
- Dynamic and proactive, comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, accountable, with strong ownership of deadlines and client commitments, and an obsession for service excellence.
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- A genuine technology enthusiast, comfortable adopting new tools and modern/digital ways of working.
Qualifications, skills & other prerequisites
- Degree in Law and Management, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
- ICSA or ACCA qualification is an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required; fluency in French is a strong advantage.

Client Relationship Manager

To act as the senior client-facing lead for Onaha Group's key UAE accounts, taking personal ownership of major client relationships while managing and mentoring the Client Operations team. The role also carries secondary responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the Dubai office.
Main duties & responsibilities
Client relationship management
- Act as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, building trusted, long-term relationships rather than transactional ones.
- Own the resolution of escalated or sensitive client matters, stepping in where junior team members need support.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand the value Onaha brings to each account.
- Represent Onaha Group in key client meetings, reviews and negotiations.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of service excellence is maintained across the entire client portfolio.
Team leadership
- Manage and mentor the Client Operations Associates, providing day-to-day guidance and support.
- Set clear priorities, monitor workload distribution and quality of work across the team.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of junior team members.
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and contribute to team members' growth and training.
Compliance & governance oversight
- Provide senior oversight to ensure compliance obligations are met consistently across the client base.
- Review higher-risk or complex client files and filings before submission.
- Keep up to date with evolving UAE free zone rules and regulatory requirements, and ensure the team does the same.
Dubai office management (secondary responsibility)
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Dubai office, ensuring a smooth, well-organised working environment.
- Manage the office driver, including scheduling and coordination of errands, client and document logistics.
- Liaise with building management, suppliers and service providers as needed.
- Ensure the office reflects Onaha Group's standards when clients or visitors are on site.
Who we're looking for
- Established in Dubai, with strong personal familiarity with the local business ecosystem.
- A proven track record managing senior client relationships and major accounts.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team, with a natural, hands-on leadership style.
- Solid working knowledge of UAE free zones and the relevant regulatory bodies.
- Dynamic, autonomous and reliable, comfortable owning outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on and pragmatic – willing to handle office and logistics matters personally when needed, not above the detail.
- A genuine technology enthusiast, comfortable adopting new tools and modern/digital ways of working.
Qualifications, skills & other prerequisites
- Degree in Law and Management, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.
- ICSA or ACCA qualification is an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate services, fiduciary or a related client-facing sector, including experience managing others.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required; fluency in French is a strong advantage.
